Good day Elsa, Thank you for your kind note. I feel very sad to leave CIDA and especially such a great group of people here and in the field. You and the rest of the PCCO have been a pleasure to work with and I will be lucky to find another group as fun, driven and excellent as yourselves!

I will truly miss everyone in the field and though it does not seem true that I am leaving, I know by next week the reality will set in.

Thank you again for all your wonderful support and hopefully our paths will cross in the near future.

Now that we have managed to get everything up and running in the office, I wanted to take a couple of minutes and extend my sincere thanks for your help (and the help of your staff) in accommodating us. I appreciated your approach "yes, we can do it! Let's figure it out as we go"; your willingness to provide access to office space / equipment / internet connections and the continuing sense of welcome we received each morning (and throughout the day).

"The Philippines Team led by Tom Carroll was excellent in organizing such an important event so colourfully. Although it lightened the purses of participants, the tour to Green Hills certainly added to the Philippines economy. The visit to the Intramuros with unique explanation of the history of the Philippines by Carlos Celdran was an eye opener and the performance by UPSA definitely improved the knowledge of all participants about the Philippine culture. The late night work to bring out the ARM flyer was simply great team work. Thanks to Myrna, Elsa, Gary, Michele and all other PCCO staff."
